The Orange Wave is a world-class Egyptian manufacturer specialising in juice concentrates, fruit pulps and cold-pressed citrus oils. Built on solid technical expertise and a commitment to internationally recognised quality standards, we have grown into a trusted supplier for food and beverage manufacturers across multiple continents.
Our modern production facility in Sadat City, El Monufia, is equipped with state-of-the-art processing lines that maintain the natural integrity of every fruit we work with — from field to finished concentrate.
We operate with full traceability across our supply chain, partnering directly with Egyptian citrus growers to ensure consistent raw material quality season after season.

Orange Juice Concentrate (FCOJ & NFC)
Our flagship product. Produced from handpicked Egyptian oranges at peak Brix, delivering the natural flavour and colour profile that top juice brands demand. Available in 65–66 Brix FCOJ and single-strength NFC formats.
Grapefruit Juice Concentrate
Bittersweet grapefruit concentrate made from premium white and pink grapefruit varieties. Ideal for premium juice blends, functional beverages and flavour houses seeking authentic citrus character.
Lemon Juice Concentrate & Pulp
High-acidity lemon concentrate and cell-intact lemon pulp. Produced from sun-ripened Egyptian lemons, widely used in soft drinks, marinades, dairy applications and bakery ingredients.
Pomegranate Pulp & Juice
Antioxidant-rich pomegranate pulp and concentrate from Egyptian pomegranate varieties. In demand for functional health beverages, smoothies and nutraceutical formulations across Europe and Asia.
Cold-Pressed Citrus Essential Oils
Cold-pressed peel oils — orange, lemon and grapefruit — that preserve the full aromatic profile of the fresh fruit. Supplied to flavour houses, cosmetic manufacturers and beverage producers globally.
